My client, who was awarded Training Provider of the Year in 2021, 2022 and 2024 is committed to ensuring that all South Australian students have access to quality education and skills training.

We are looking for two experienced individuals with proven leadership and people skills to join the highly dedicated Apprentices, Trainees and Schools Team. Your most outstanding quality will be your ability to coach, mentor, motivate and inspire employees to achieve business goals and outcomes in a customer-service centred environment.

The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering high quality, client-focussed outcomes through effective management of employees, allocation of resources and efficient use of systems and technology. You will thrive on seeing your team accomplish personal and workgroup goals and possess outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the day to day objectives and customer needs are met
  • Lead and inspire staff, including coaching and performance development, to foster a positive team culture
  • Establish and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships with all stakeholders to strengthen linkages to support strategic objectives and business outcomes
  • Plan, manage and monitor specialist projects, deliver workgroup analysis and prepare reports with recommendations to inform decision making
  • Develop business process and work instructions, review and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine, implement and monitor personal and team priorities, work schedules and key deliverables to ensure all KPIs are met

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in providing leadership, direction, training and guidance and promoting a customer service centric model
  • Demonstrated experience managing a range of business support functions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
